Wells Fargo analyst Judson Bailey upgraded FTS International to Outperform from Market Perform, stating that although he acknowledges the uncertain macro environment and growing risk to global spending growth, he still sees some compelling valuations and opportunities developing in the OFS sector. However, given his adjustments after the firm's E&P team rolled out lower oil price estimates, he cut his price target on FTS International shares to $12 from $14. :theflyonthe
