But whatever price CROP management feels their stock is worth, that is what really matters. And why would they sell for anything less than what they feel they could get going solo??
Rather than a buyout, my opinion is that KO might be considering a cash investment in CROP. Why not do that at the current ridiculously low price? KO could get a deal on a supply contract PLUS make a HUGE gain by getting some CROP shares as well!
