As a share holder of UWBK, may I ask for information on the bankruptcy case? I know there is
information that you can't divulge. I'm not asking for anything like that, but would like to know if an en
banc request has been filed with the appeals court. I was told that one was filed and withdrawn.
Could you clarify what is happening at this point?

Any consideration would truly be appreciated.
