SAEX - When it rains it pours. Looks like another bad day for me, and increased margin call. SAEX announced a share offering at $3.41 after the bell last night. That was actually 6 cents higher than the close, but the stock is now at $2.90 in pre-market. I own 2500 shares, so that is a decent hit already.
