Options yes; preferred no. Share count has gone from 7m to 18m in 1 quarter - all to insiders and debt holders. Has $70m deficit to pay off. If mgmt has anti-dilution clause in its contract, there could wind up being 100m or 1b shares our and they won’t care - you will though!
