I Invited Janice Shell to Join Us

I hope she takes me up on the offer. She wrote this scathing article on Zoyes. Hey, don't look at me. I'm just the messenger. I'm not saying it's true or not. Just posting her alleged claims:

CEC was incorporated by Janice Zoyes in 2009; its corporate charter was then allowed to lapse. Zoyes reinstated it in 2011; since October of that year, it's used an address that would later be shared by Grand Capital Ventures: 10778 NW 53rd Street, Sunrise, Florida 33351. In November 2011, Zoyes resigned as secretary. She remained as a director; Dominick Falso was appointed COO, and Peter Ruggeri as CFO. The following February Talley replaced her as a director and as the company's registered agent. Among other things, CEC takes small businesses public.

Janice Zoyes is the wife of Michael Zoyes, and the mother of Cortney Zoyes Talley. The Zoyeses have a long and unsavory history. Back in 1995, the couple was sued by the Federal Trade Commission in a business opportunity fraud case involving "Dr.'s Choice" diet pills and other vitamin products. Michael Zoyes was also convicted of racketeering in 1987--he'd been running a boiler room--and of criminal fraud in a telemarketing scheme in 2001. He served prison time for both crimes. Zoyes preceded White as CEO of HSCO. At that time, Pete Ruggeri was CFO, and Dominick Falso was COO.

There is Falsto and Zoyes crossing paths. If memory serves rigt, Falsto was involved in Bani, right? So, definite corroboration to the story here. It does fit and make sense IFF true. I haven't verified this story. And it would seem according to this that MS Zoyes isn't as quiet as I thought. I like husband and wife teams. And she is a pretty woman.

I like experience. What? Don't look at me like that. This is good stuff. I need marketers like this on my dog Fineqia, which has nothing but halos that are the world's worst cons. They just know the long, hard, arduous ways of profit. They have no marketing. I think these guys are good marketers. I would like to hire them for some companies that have a great product but lousy marketers. There is no better marketer than one that can polish a turd, bottle it up, and sell it as a nutritional supplement.

So I invited Janice over to give more insight and -- What? Don't look at me like that. Trump is our President. As Comey said, that's like mafia strongmen he put on trial. This country has no morality. Look at Florida. Look at Louisiana. #@#@ it. Just call ie the "lesser of two evils" like our Christian voters. Oh, you are for abortion? That's all I need to know. Just wear that badge. Problem solved. Peta, pro-life. Two polar opposites, same exact argument. Just replace "fetus' with "sentience" and voila. You can be on the side of evil or light. Or light or evil. Just choose. Same exact argument. From the bible, the Koran, or the universe. Doesn't matter. They have all bases covered.

You like free markets, right? Well, this is deregulated markets. You get what you vote for. We are job creators. You work, learn, put your money into my bank account, learn some hard lessons in life, and vote correctly with wisdom as you learn life's hard lessons. It's all part of the galactic plan. Besides, it's boring around here. We need to spice it up. Mr. Market loves twinkies. And I do too. Moderation and balance.

I want to know how Edwards fits into the picture. I do respect the man. I also respect Lucky Luciano, for what that's worth. Not the Chicago mob though. I cant think of anyone the NY mob killed that didn't deserve it. Chicago, quite another story. LOL And I want to know what these guys can do for us. The NY mob protected our harbors in WW2, preventing spies from infiltrating our docks. Yes, true story. Look it up. They probably went too far with Bugsy Siegel, but we have no hard proof they wre behind that. And he was getting out of line, and it's not like he didn't live and die by his own sword.

So, do we have some interesting reading coming oru way or not? And will our shares be cancelled or not? I have questions. Many, many questions. More answers seems to lead ot more questions... I need Janice's help. I respect her research.
