Why I think a Short Squeeze is coming here:

Volume has dried up leaving many shorts stuck down here. The Chart has leveled off and the 10-day SMA is about to crossover the 20-day SMA. Add in the farm bill, and I think that could mean a monster short squeeze for this tiny float.
