In my decades in otc, I've never seen such a great opportunity turned total loss even in sub-pinks. You can't even risk a .0001 to .0002 trade yet. He's maxing his AS of 4 Bln shares, no other reason but money, 150m shrs a day for $25k/day. I didn't read this many notes around to convert.
