Supposedly not long, so how do you know what would be "odd" or not?

It would not be "odd" for Garcia to make a promise to update financials then do absolutely nothing, that would be par for the course.

Example: TINO/Garcia tweeted the below tweet announcing possession of a mining claim in Sonora State yet nothing ever, and I mean "ever" became of this tweet.

TINO/Garcia/scammer has been making announcements/lies for years with zero follow though so why would his "spoken remarks" to update financials be anything more then a fart in the wind in a vain attempt to spike TINO's toilet paper share stock?
