Hi GTF and I appreciate what you are saying but

In drinking the water, my wife and I are seeing good results health wise. My concern is about boiling it altering the micro cluster configuration back away from their patented process. The young lady I spoke to this morning did not know the answer to that or my other questions relative to retailers and if the alkame kids was the same product as it seems to be more readily available in gallons than the regular alkame. I am fine with that and would be happy knowing I had additional alternative buying options to search for.

She should have at least been able to tell me about retailers in the Tampa, Florida area or been able to get the answer and call me back. I have had major companies happily have someone call me back on issues. I am not asking for Eakle to personally call me.

Sorry just ranting as it is not the way for a professional business to be run in my opinion.
