The following statements says people should start buying this stock now--before the rush:

"...it has entered into negotiations with potential manufacturers of its products for the Pet Division...."

"...they are currently meeting with potential manufacturers of its pet products

"...know we have the demand to establish a growing long-term manufacturing agreement."

A well known major manufacturer needs to be involved. Once the stock starts to move, it may be too late. I got a feeling this stock is going to run very, very, very hard, very soon. It will start just before Christmas and continue to move north into the New Year. I look for the stock to cool down around mid January 2019. IMO
