What a day! I saw Mann trading along side the dilution. 1k hits on the ask following 50k dumps into the bids. Then a big 475k t-trade after hours.

What is your question? If some investors were to come in and buy the debt and convert it to preferred or to common with a holding period, then yes it would likely increase the market cap.

If the company were to be sold for $25m which is a very friendly valuation, then that $25m would be distributed amongst all the holders of any interest in the company and its assets. So $25m would not go to the equity holders.

Intrinsic value is not the same as market cap. Market cap is based on shareholder confidence and market based indicators including the company's capital structure.
