Fannie and Freddie have been hated by many for an eternity. The revenues are what they love and money talks in D.C as your well aware. If a shareholder buyout/nationalization grab is what’s in store ... the twins will live on forever and a day generating general fund income.
As history has shown us, banks simply will not stay in the game during volatility. Either way this goes we currently own these two companies and if that’s going to change then we will be compensated for that change.
