What if IDLM announced tomorrow that they are getting bought out at 10c per share? Would it be smart to have a whole lot of shares on the ask?
I can understand why people might want to sit there and hopefully sell a few shares for tax losses -- in the event that someone happens to come along and want to buy.
But how often does that happen? And what if Marcus instead announces that he is taking it private at the PPS of 2.5c per share, because that has been the price for so long?
Sheesh. I just don't get it. There is NO market price that makes any sense here. So, why not let the PPS be a bit higher?
I am obviously NOT an investment advisor.
