Shanak, in my opinion the link is very relevant, or it will be in the near future, because I think that Ezra will reverse merge Reliance Global Holdings into RELI.

It doesn't even make sense to have two companies in the same branch, one private, and another one a publicly traded company.

Of course that Ezra cannot say that at this time, for obvious reasons, but, I think he will do it when the right time comes.

He hired a lawyer specialized in reverse mergers for a reason.
