Today’s statement about real estate and mj is a niche market that (as stated) remains untapped. I live in Washington and have seen this first hand. Many normally depressed commercial real estate locations here that have been vacant for a long time are being snatched up for mj retail. I live close to Idaho and those who come over to purchase Cannabis do not care where they go. Mj outlets across the board here are turning huge profits and can (and do) pay significantly much higher lease premiums than surrounding businesses, translating into significant positive monthly cash flow for the land owners. I have also noticed that increase in local traffic because of these outlets, has boosted other business and IMO, will eventually raise (not lower) the property values in these nieghborhoods. This means that in addition to huge profits that can be realized on a month to month basis, these real estate investments will outperform in the long term. I have been looking to purchase commercial real estate in my area for my business and have witnessed this process first hand, being a dollar short and a day late. IMO this is a safe smart and very profitable approach for mspc that fits neatly into their comfort zone!!! MSPC $$$$$
