Buddy is of course 100% on the history as usual. But, all due respect and all, I have a question. In the interest of complete 100% history...NO BASHING..but correct me if I am wrong....I recall much a do made over MOU's and MOI's and binding non-sense With Topline the racing engine builder for 4 prototypes according to harry's design. Those were supposedly shipped, 2 for Phoenix power in Tenn. and 2 to cyclone. Phoenix was offering pre-order...cyclone was selling shares based on the soon to begin mass production. I have like many, followed along the rabbit trail these cons at cyclone have taken it's sucker investors. I swear in all honesty to know this scam in detail as I recall it here. I won't go hunt down details as there are so many phony deals, too many tolist really. So no effort need be given to bashing cyclone. The facts and history are all anyone needs to see this OLD con. So, Buddy what do you say? I know the whole thing died after paying $475,000 in late fees...no more was ever said. We do know harry went to UofO to fix whe...and cars at U of O eliminated 60% of the parts...all parts under harry's patents!!! And still=failure. Scam carries on. SSDD.
