There is no support. The longs are long gone and now the crowd that got in during the big dip is out as well.

This company cannot expect shareholders to keep buying up the dilution if they keep them in the dark, talk down to them and then drop big surprises on Friday afternoons.

The overall trend is that this will be going sub-penny no matter the news because of the dilution, after all, there are still at least another $6m in notes that are to be converted and sold into the market at a 35% discount to these ghastly low bids.

I have looked at other comparable companies with similar cap structures and much higher revenue ($5m to $20m) and they are trading lower than ENDV so that is where the market cap will converge towards. Essentially, the equity is worthless until the debt is addressed because the debt holder owns the technology not the shareholders.
