at some point the reality is that those seeking "truth" don't want to hear it because they're trying to move. stock for "the man myth legend solly-mc'prawnfinger `stable genius` through whom they receive shares to sell -

go into any prison and ask the inmates on death row if they did anything wrong - they won't giver you a straight answer - the guy deserved it or my lawyer screwed me - etc.... criminals are the last to admit wrongdoing - they have no conscience which is why they're in prison -

the man/myth/legend #sollylee has a long rap sheet and the reality is that he's done on this one and trying to move to another scam.

that scam was supposed to be VAPORIZING the shell company "siaf" and moving to TRIWAY where he would use a tiny fraction of their claimed revenue that was "auditable" and then BACK INTO THAT TINY REVENUE STREAM all of his overbooked overhyped fake "debt" owed to his OTC scam and then TRIWAY which are the same business.

the goal was to show 3 years earnings and then find some idiot in HK to do an IPO based on their fake assets.

there's so much convertible toxic debt out there that they weren't allowed to SPIN the Tri-Way asset off - which they didn't need to do in the first place - but it would then leave Tri-Way along and they could maybe find a HK seamster to back an existing small market shell into their fake assets and raise more money to scam from the public.

they failed and they failed huge -

after two years of trying they still can't hire a CFO/CEO/COO/CTO or a regular board of directors to the NEWCO scam called Tri-Way - because there's no cash to pay them with -

this scam is long gone - everyone on the planet knows they're fraudsters -

here we have the case of there being no unknown unknowns - it's a pure fraud.
