Well, never say never, however I did ask Cox about dives, and reply was they are off the table for now, divies were for harvest profits, being futl is yet to produce a harvest is a big red flag, I think they tried, however,,,this is where experience comes into play, and they just had no experience, so crops failed,,,but where futl can do exceptionally well, is by partnering or merging with a hemp-cbd company,,,and we do own land, but word is it has not water, lol, however with farm bill, I would think that land might be valuable to the right hemp farmer, but, just wishful thinking,
