I sure hope people are doing THEIR OWN DD and not being fooled by the amazing amount of garbage being claimed

EVERYTHING is being spun into a positive, no matter what it is. Dont be fooled, these are NOT bullish actions, as the insiders and their cronies want you to believe

A bullish action would be for them to convert/lock these shares up as preferred and give them super voting rights, to limit future dilution.

The CEO wrote his own compensation agreement with extreme greediness. The evidence is overwhelming
