Same thing happened to KOVR. They did a reverse split and a name change and during the time that the old shareholders had NO ACCESS to their shares for trading - they ran the stock up from ~ .60 cents to $13.00 bucks. As soon as the share were cleared they took it down. Today its ~.35 cents.

Crazy stuff, but hey, this penny land, full of criminals, how more of the CEOs behind these are not in prison amazes me.
