Please. He is not shepherding anything. He is a political appointee who is the front man. All he knows is the FDA is lobbying to get marijuana and hemp away from the DEA. And XXII's marijuana properties, who cares?

What is big tobacco going to do pal? Sue the FDA if the approve VLN? Look at what Altria is doing. They know their tobacco days are dying. How come it has almost been 16 months since PM filed for iQOS and they have yet to hear anything.
