Correct and to think that calculation was based on the closing price as of September 30th which was .003

.003/.0008 is 3.75 times bigger now

So its really closer to 12 billion shares

The debt is too large to process at these levels

Need a very large RS to bring pps back closer to .50 which will again wipe out shareholders
