LHGI has a minimum valuation of 5.85 million dollars per acquiring Projagg.'
Danny told me that they are awaiting the transfer agent issuing the shares to Projagg,then we should see it in a filing.

Friday we had o er 100k volume and after hours over 80,000 shares were retracted,POOF not sure why.

Perhaps to keep my friend from raising his bid from .04. if true why all he fuss over a small trade and small increase in pps?

Is some MM is protecting a short, that must be covered once the pps rises above a certain price?
