I see nothing unusual. Not sure what the problem is.

After 110m shares dilution (o/s doubled) in a short time without news it takes time until the shares are in stronger hands as long there is no strong pr.

We cannot expect after dilution that stock holds the high without news after most shares were bought by traders. Debt holder had also shares left when it reached .022. And it has also tax loss sellers, it´s 99% down!

Of course trader don´t wait weeks until company is ready to release first acquisition.

I see it that way, 110m shares were sold and it has only 2-3m volume daily. THIS tells me much more than 2-3m shares which change hands.
