I don't understand, Fish. The original PR of 19 December 2017 said the company had entered into a three-year Master Manufacturer Agreement with CBD Alimentos SA de CV but this release by Michael Welch says the RCH Grupo subsidiary is called CBD Alimentos de S.A How is it possible for the same company to have two differing names? Perhaps the Mexicans are sloppy about naming their companies and if the name is somewhere near the mark that is good enough. After all, both names contain CBD Alimentos which is the really important part. At least we can rely on that being true and accurate, right? Michael must be sure of who he has done the deal with. Christian Vega has said Michael has a great eye for detail (although he is generally in the hot seat in the podcasts and does a lot of squirming so a bit of sucking up to Michael is excusable).
