On Tuesday December 4th, Momenta trade almost 3X normal volume while losing a dollar.

Wednesday December 5th the markets were closed and Momenta announced the offering.

Thursday December 6th, Momenta opened down 80 cents but ended up for the day up 90 cents. The volume was almost 4X normal Volume. After the market closed they announced the pricing.

Friday the stock flew while trading 24X average volume.

Tuesday was the clue that GS was at work. All legally of course.......
