Those are both interesting points that were brought up, however, if CVBT has the money to pay off these creditors why not pay them off? It seems much more of a hassal than it is worth. And secondly, if all of these allegations are false why doesn’t the judge throw out the case? There must be something that we are missing in regards to that.
