FGFC management needs to get off their duff and immediately address their share structure. The following Independent info can be easily obtained:

Authorized Shares.....152,000,000 as of 07/05/06
Float.................150,181,248 as of 07/05/06 Outstanding Shares....313,682,048 as of 11/02/06

Obviously this info indicates that FGFC management is issuing shares that are not authorized. Nobody is going to invest in this crap.
