I have known Harry and Frankie since around 1999 when I selected Harry's "Pulse Drive" for a wave-piercing power-trimarin I eventually took to the 2000 Miami Power Boat Show with this surface drive We have remained friends since then. It is sad to see that his Cyclone engines have experienced so many engineering obstacles, but it's not for want of trying. I have been with them close at hand as they worked seven days a week. Their only breaks were for lunch and their only vacations were attending trade shows. I am especially disturbed to see so many harsh accusations leveled against them. They work very hard and they live very modestly. Their only fault is that they never gave up trying to make their concept of a super-critical steam engine succeed. For me to believe otherwise would be to see proof that they diverted money from stock sales into offshore accounts or illegally enriched themselves far beyond the non-exceptional salaries they drew to pay for food, utilities, taxes, and such necessities that enabled them to keep trying to make the engines work for longer durations. Frankie and Harry have earnestly tried to make an honest go at achieving the American Dream.
