Why are the professional fees so high?

$700,000 in 4.5 months

That's nuts for a (largely)share selling company that generated only $18,000 selling clothes during that time.

They are burning through their authorized treasury also very fast, thats never a good sign.

Unless RETC gets a loan (hopefully from Belmont) in January, Angelo will most likely have to raise the AS to keep up with his cash burn and further dilute down the shareholders with his debt overhang
