Well, that is true, IMO, also. A buyout gives the public trust and confidence that the company will expand and grow, thus, more profits. More profits/revenue equals a higher PPS. Sooner or later, a .033 cent company like ADVT will become a .50 or more company.

After additional $$$ (monetary) investment into ADVT by the caretaker buyout company, ADVT will eventually restructure its share structure. With a PPS nearing a dollar, who cares if they do a RS.

On its own, ADVT should be at least .15 cents a share, IMO. With a buyout, ADVT could reach over a dollar. IMO. Of course, a well known large company would have to buy ADVT, not a "fly-by-night" company. A company like "Coca Cola" wanting to get into the wellness craze, could buy ADVT for that purpose.

I stopped buying "Coca Cola" products years ago because their drinks are full of sugar and stuff you can't pronounce. What if Coca Cola utilized ADVT's infused drinks and utilized its sublingual CBD and THC products? Since CBD's can be sold in all 50 states, that will be a winner for "Coca Cola". "Coca Cola" could integrate CBD's with cooking healthy foods. ADVT (own by Coco Cola) could develop a food sprinkle herb to season food infused with CBD's.

IMO
