No it isn’t. It’s great that they are drilling, but is it the drilling that ‘we’ are hoping for, or a positive result of the drilling?

If you buy a lottery ticket, do you get excited by buying it, or buy checking the results and seeing that you’ve won a large prize?
But will you win without buying the ticket?
