Blackcat, ADX trades at a 14% discount to NAV (and almost always does). It has much lower fees than CLM. It's been a vastly better investment than CLM over the many years I've owned it. But it's basically just an index fund with a discount and a slightly a higher yield due to the discount.

For someone in a high tax bracket ADX used to be a sensible investment. With ADX's recent 6% "managed" payout I doubt it still is.
