I am surprised people here are angry about the dividend not being paid, when the company doesn't have the money


Well, if we ignore the fact that the dividend hasn't been cancelled (...), then the issue is that the company SHOULD have the money (we will not know whether SIAF claims to have the money or not until the Q4 or the CC).
