It’s just a %, just about all big firms auto trade the margins. That’s why 800 pt Dow drops happen. They’ve since put circuit breakers in place to shut them off on a run.

A wide split like this on low volume helps but it’s too low of volume and no liquidity to make decent cash. Plus it’s under a chill so that makes it very hard to manipulate if they can’t clear it digitally. There are very few MMS that can clear the trades.

Once the chill lifts you’ll know by watching L2.
