Word has been spreading that Aphria is in the final stages of negotiation with their Global Partner. They've been busy with this and is the reason why they have been slow to release their full rebuttal to the smear attack. Their efforts have been concentrated on the proposed deal and did not have their full capacity to respond to the short seller attack.
