Outstanding shares is really to high! As I could read, big company's don't have so many shares outstanding, do you know another company with so much shares outstanding?

I could hear the vote is extended for 5 days? Nobody likes to give more shares wenn they have so many shares already in the pocket. Wenn can we get e/sh you think?
