Can some explain this Corporate DOUBLE SPEAK of this "Subscription Agreement"or Strategic Investment,   To me in this release, you need more money to recieve 2nd tranche? Double speak, I love this investment and will continue to add knowing we a on the ground floor of a unique opportunity. What do I not know?

The $7,500,000 investment by the Company will be utilized by DOC to fund the second tranche of their investment into AGRA.
