I'm a holder, but Jeez! Time to fire the marketing/social media guy. Everything on facebook the site etc, still has the 2nd. store pre-launch or launch information along with a stupid video in front of the step and repeat. Successful launch, post launch and product information should be flying right now. NOTHING! If he can't do that, imagine the bad ideas he's promoting to the company so he can pick up a regular consultant fee..... Save the $$ and have one of your kids do it or hire a professional.
