You never know the motives (or who is) behind the "lies" either. And a convertible bond holder would be very interested to get the pps down (as long as the fundamentals can be turned around afterwards)

If you look on ECABs website and compare to what has happened with Siaf you would think they usually get take a more active ownership in the companies. Do ecab have success in other stuff?
