Conveniently, so that they don't have to pay anything to shareholders from "their awesome business revenues". They always "build capex", "own money", or "have a mishap at the aquafarm" as an excuse to not to pay out anything but obnoxiously flash the big numbers to go with the P/E and P/B numbers so novice or elderly investors might fall into their trap. "Soon the riches will come to the share holder"... No they don't, then it's dilution time, another mishap etc. Basic scamming just has had quite strong internet marketing which luckily don't hold up very well anymore.
