Well nobody knows the share count of issued and outstanding, but we know that Paul Taylor filed papers two weeks ago changing the authorized shares from 255,000,000 to 2,000,000,000. This tells me that 255,000,000 in dilution wasn't good enough.

I thought that the increase was to avoid a reverse split, but apparently we now have a company that has the capability of diluting up to 2,000,000,000 shares and a massive reverse split.
