So it appears the goal would be to attract more volume to trade.so they're starting to give a reason with the strides they've made through the year.so now it's looking better so if it's got volume the floats the same essentially as the early years run.if the hype from the first run came true ,in filings and revenues,then in theory this shouldn't have a problem attracting new traders.ergo- potential movement north.
