I personally dont think the Doc is even involved in this anymore....other than collecting a paycheck, or loaning money to SBFM and charging interest and late fees on us, if sbfm/camille doesn't pay him back in time.........I think camille runs this, just asks for the docs signature now and again. But that's just me.

Camille will always make sure they have controlling/voting ownership of this, so I'm gonna guess they will never allow shareholders to make any decisions, or have any say. Which is why its at: .0005. Its running only to benefit them. So, even if a petition was successful, it would never go anywhere.

This is 100% a scam, used by a few canadians to fund their personal lives. Camille is a con artist IMO. He runs this nonsense. Doc just sits back and collects. Camille uses the docs name, his science background to scam investors.
