Exactly correct. Ponzi scheme.

Bottom line is Somon has no money and the company is not making money. All the money he claimed he has made went to the account receivables, which is not collectible, nor is it verifiable.

The game he is playing is the ponzi scheme, as long as he has projects coming in, he is fine. He always promises into the future, never delivers.

Now it's time for it to collapse into ashes.
