thanks for the response. not just trying to pick the financials apart, but, we are in penny land where i look at everything with a raised eyebrow. with all the great possibilities, such things as a time-share on the corporate books reeks of tyson-esc type dealings (no matter how small). these need to be taken care of (sold) asap before full year financials. a company like this with real products, contracts, etc. needs to be squeeky clean before a move to the OTC and then hopefully to AMEX or NASDAQ. time will tell all.
