Ok, so it's been open and now being renovated.

Who knows, did they close it for renovations?
(where are the revenues if it is closed?)

Or keeping it open while renovating?
(Why would revenues be much different from what they were years earlier when they closed it?) New paint? Fresher popcorn? Sawdust in the air?

Just what are the facts?

And what sale or deal? Ed/SEGI acquired it?
Well, maybe. No proof of that yet.
Also, who says the numbers were so good for "those that needed to know"?
Sounds to me like they basically gave it to Ed.
If the numbers were that good, why would they do that?
(Again, I have a feeling Ed could be set up for another embarrassment)

The already owner financed the deal.
The city of Chicago apparently gave a grant for "a part" of the deal.

What did Ed contribute?
His promise?

But they (Henry) did buy it out of bankruptcy, right?
Maybe they can make it work, maybe not.
Remember Ed/SEGI acquired it and that probably puts it under his management.

His management... Are you comfortable with that?

Do you think Ed is going to turn Cinema Entertainment into a Dave and Buster's?

If he is, he's going to need to stop blaming iHub and "we" posters for "holding him down" and just get it done.

I'd be glad to see it, but I'll believe it when I see it.
