Friend put in a bid at .35 this morning, then moved it up to .04, someone else (no bid showing) got the majority of the .04s and my friend got a partial fill of about 14,000 shares and did not get the other 14,790 filled.
Point being there must have been another large bid at .04 that they did NOT publish (manipulation) .

Have a great weekend, shares are scarce and I think most sales are being shorted to keep it under .07
